Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. jp6789 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are determined by Member tier and are displayed in your Account dashboard. Members in the Gold tier benefit from the highest withdrawal limits and fastest processing priority.

jp6789 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general conditions set out in this Clause as well as any specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game types are stated in the promotion details. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified period will result in the bonus and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds being forfeited.

In the event of a manifest pricing error, technical malfunction, or any other system error that results in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes being displayed or recorded, jp6789 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore Member balances to their pre-error state. jp6789 is not liable to honor bets placed at erroneous prices.
For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all individual legs of the accumulator must be settled for the bet to be resolved. If any leg is voided (e.g., due to match cancellation or postponement beyond 48 hours), that leg will be treated as a push and removed from the accumulator, with the remaining legs continuing to stand. If all remaining legs win, the payout is calculated on the reduced accumulator.

jp6789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for cause, jp6789 may, at its sole discretion, void any pending bets, forfeit any bonus balance, and withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an investigation concludes that the Member has not engaged in prohibited conduct, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via the verified payment method on file.
Members who close their Account voluntarily (including via self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming tools) will have their verified real-money balance processed for withdrawal within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.
jp6789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jp6789 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to your registered address.
